OrCiNus OrCa
The Orca is one of the most bueatiful, intellegent, socialable biengs known to man kind, yet these powerful creatures were doomed with an untimely name the "Killer Whale". Until the capture of Namu these creatures were feared and even shot on site by fishermen. When Namu was caught off the shores of columbia he was sold to a man who lived in a small town called Namu (hense the name Namu). He thought that the killer whale was intellegent and not a cruel and brutal creature. He soon began a friendship of trust and then began the new side of the killer whale the orca. After one year Namu died . He was reported to have herd a pod of wild orcas maybe his family and tried to escape his 100 ft sea pen, by charging into the cable netting at almost 30 mph. After his attempt to escape he was entangled in the nets and drownd. Namu was greatly loved in the town of Namu and his name will never be forgotten, his capture gave way to a new and better life for all killer whales.Now killer whales are present in evry country preforming for every one, though the wild is a much better place if not for captivity the orca may have been hunted to exstinction. This site is for all captive orcas ( and some wild) . Maybe one day i'll be lucky enough to share a relation ship with one of these amazing animals. Until then i hope i can share my knowledge with every one about these bueatiful creatures.
